My company is a WOFE, will inject
the capital soon, what should I pay attention to?
1-Ensuring the
capital bank account is still in available state.
2-Only can inject into capital bank account and also
clearly write “capital” or“investment” in the payment notes. If not, it
can not be regarded as capital and commonly will be returned.
3-Money
should be paid from overseas bank account. If personal shareholder plan to
use the income obtained from China mainland and pay directly
from Chinese bank account, there is a special process need to be done first.
4-Final
payment of the capital: ensure the amount received in the capital bank account
is no less than final payment amount. (Intermediary bank fee, other bank fee
charged should be considered).
