Our company’s legal representative has changed his passport due to the old one had expired. After the passport is changed, is there anything we need to do?

Yes, there are below works need to be done.

1. Renewal the legal representative passport in the company bank.

2. Renewal the legal representative passport in the Chinese registration authority (currently there is no mandatory requirement).

3. If the legal person is an employee of the company, renewal the passport in the company’s individual income tax system. The process below for your reference.
