2. Foreign companies should pay special attention to last injection of the unpaid registered capital. You known that the remittance bank will charge a certain handling fee when transferring funds. If the handling fee is directly deducted from the fund, the capital received in China will be less than the actual remittance. So when making the last payment, it is necessary to remit a little more money. This is legally permitted and the overpaid amount can be regarded as the capital reserve.
